Big Mike’s Donuts had a big turnaround in sales after their closing announcement. On January 25th Big Mike’s said they would be closing soon due to their lack of sales and just the next day they sold out day after day “Those first couple days I cried when I saw the line of people” Said Andrea.

The shop is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but is open the rest of the week from 6 AM to 12 PM. Unfortunately, they have not hired any staff back so there are only four staff making donuts working, two at night and two in the morning.  In addition to the daily donut flavors which include frosted rings, frosted cake donuts, filled long johns, and more, they also sell donut holes, fritters, and muffins.  Adding special offerings to the menu is also something Big Mike’s does.  They currently have a seasonal caramel cheesecake churro donut, lemon blueberry donut, and cherry cake donut.  They will have a limited-time release for St. Patrick’s Day.

The shop also offers a variety of coffees and lemonades.  Popular lattes are cinnamon toast crunch and smores.

The place is very cozy and nice on the inside and everyone is very friendly.
