Alpha Park Library is more than just books to check out.  It offers a variety of resources and activities for the community.

Limestone librarian  Jennifer Campbell said, “Alpha Park library gives students a different and vast selection of books they can check out, and they provide programming and materials that Limestone does not have.”

There are a variety of events, clubs, and activities at Alpha Park Library for teens such anime club, the teen advisory board, and volunteer meet & preps.  They also host seasonal special events like a showing of  Elf.  

The first floor has hundreds of books from all genres including graphic novels, young adults, romance, mystery, and non-fiction.  The upstairs has hundreds of children’s books as a play area. The library also offers board games, yard games, movies, cameras, ereaders, and more for checkout.

 Jayahna Griffin is a frequent patron and uses to Alpha Park Library to check out books.  Griffin stated, “I like the wide variety of books and I enjoy reading at Alpha Park Library.” Griffin often goes to the library to discover new books she hasn’t read before.

Griffin’s sister, Jannette also expressed her love for the library by saying , “The library is very nice, and I love going.  The staff are always very nice and helpful.” Griffin mostly indulges in the graphic novel books at the library as they have a whole section for these books.

Alpha Park Library is a great place to visit in the community.
