On September 25th Limestone Fellowship of Christian Rockets (FCR) held an event called Prayer Around the Pole. Many students and faculty came to Prayer around the pole.
Prayer around the Pole has been at Limestone for many years but for a while Limestone has not done it. In the past 10 years Limestones FCR has brought back the yearly tradition of Prayer around the Pole.
Prayer around the Pole all started with the initiative to pray for the school year. A faculty member said, “This is a good way to get faculty and the students involved”.
Students enjoyed attending the event. Participant senior Grace Pauli said, “It helps the school come together.”
Jennifer Sergent said,” It was awesome to see how many faculty came out when they were involved and included. It also sets the tone for the school year that’s God’s at the spirit of what we do on the daily basis and in our educational setting.”
