Boys Golfer junior Tate Otten recently placed 2nd overall in the Mid-Illini meet. When asked how he felt about his placement he responded by saying, “I wasn’t expecting to play this well this year, but I am very excited about my overall performance.” In addition to placing 2nd at Mid Illini, just one stroke behind the first place finisher, Otten will represent The Rockets at the IHSA 2A Boys Golf Sectional to be held on Monday, October 12 at Kellogg Golf Course in Peoria.  Otten qualified for Sectionals by placing 4th in the Monmouth Regional.
