E-Sports team to play in National Regional Semifinals
Limestone High School’s E-Sports Varsity Rocket League Team, consisting of Edwin Monroe, Kieran Baurer, Caspian Adams, and Connor Mullens, has made it to the semi-finals of the NASEF (North America Scholastic ESports Federation), Central Time Regional Playoffs. The team finished a 6-week regular season with a record of 4 and 1 and earned the second seed in the 16-team regional playoffs.
On Wednesday, December 2, they went undefeated in their first regional match against Lutheran High School of San Antonio, Texas with a combined score of 13 -2. On Thursday, December 3, they remained undefeated in their second match of regional against Killeen School District Career Center from Killeen, Texas where they finished with a combined score of 24-1.
