Limestone Competition Cheer is having a great start to their season. The cheer team has competed in 3 competitions so far. They placed 1st at Reed Cluster, 1st at Normal West, and 3rd at Peoria.
“My favorite part (of the season) so far is watching the progression of each of the athletes. They put in so much hard work and dedication, but also show how much fun and love they have out on the mat,” said coach Paige Mendenhall.
The cheer season goes from the end of October to the beginning of February, and the team has 4 more competitions left.
