Limestone homecoming week will be Sunday, September 28 – Saturday, October 5. This year’s theme will be Wild West.
Student council president senior Victoria Bartolo listed many homecoming activities. The week will begin with a kickoff event She invites anyone interested to participate in events scheduled for Sunday, September 29, 2024, which will include volleyball, powderpuff games, and rehearsals for the variety show, along with additional activities like a live band, food trucks, and yard games.
There will be a spirit week with days highlighting the theme. and class competitions including chalk drawings and the variety show skit
Wednesday night will be the variety show which will have skits, filler acts, and the royalty crowning.
Friday is the homecoming parade, soccer game, football game, and tailgate.
The homecoming dance will be on Saturday night from 7-10 pm.
Sebastien Meyers, student council vice president, notes that the dance will be held in the cafeteria which is air conditioned and include photo opportunities of farm animals and cowboy boots for attendees and their dates made by LCHS art students.
Students are reminded they will need their school ID along with their ticket for admission to the dance.
