Limestone has expanded its Dungeons and Dragons Club and created a Games Club. Games Club will still include DnD play. It will also include Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Yugioh, and card games like Uno.
The club began with Mrs. Kelly Mack and Mrs. Hannah Connelley as sponsors. Originally, Mack, sought Connelley out because Connelley plays DnD on the weekends with her friends. It is now sponsored by Connelley and Mr. Daniel King. The group has roughly grown to 20 to 25 students in the last two years.
Connelley decided to make the change to Games Club because, “I wanted to make this change for more inclusive for kids,” said Connelley.
Games Club meets on Wednesdays after school in the LCHS library from 3 to 5:15 pm. This gives players a few hours to hang out and continue their game.
