Referendum Passes

Makenzie Clarken, Senior Writer

This year Limestone has passed a referendum that will allow for air conditioning in the school along with the expansion of the band room. The project will be under review with architects and contractors until around the end of the 2022 school year due to the size of the project.

This has been long awaited, but due to this referendum it is now possible. Although there were other project ideas in mind; it was easy for Limestone to decide on these projects due to the cost of them and the high demand of them.

This project is hoped to bring a lot of benefits to the students and staff at Limestone. “I hope it brings them a more comfortable learning environment,” states Dr. Allan Gresham superintendent at Limestone. These new changes can help Limestone take its next step for comfort and productivity for their students.
